Animal Facilities

We do planning and design of small Animal and Large animal facilities from concept to completion. We sit with the end users and develop the floor plans and prepare BOQs and provide cost effective quality solutions as per all regulatory guidelines. We do animal facilities on Turnkey basis as well as only HVAC systems based on the requirement, but support the clientele in all possible ways to provide error free facilities with proper coordination with all service providers. We prepare project documentation like project manuals, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents as per cGMP norms.

Planning and design includes animal caging systems, biological safety hoods, isolation cubicles, sterilization equipment, cage-washing equipment, automated animal watering systems, Vivarium management control systems, and MEP support systems.

Construction documentation includes detailed system load demand calculations for MEP systems, design drawings in AutoCAD and 3-dimentional drawings, and written performance specifications for all Animal Facility equipment and MEP support systems.

We follow CPCSEA, NIH/NIAID, cGMP guidelines for design and construction of animal facilities.
