Bio Containment Facilities

We do planning and design of Bio-containment facilities, cleanrooms. We sit with the end users and develop the floor plans and prepare BOQs and provide cost effective quality solutions as per all regulatory guidelines. We do Bio-containment cleanrooms on Turnkey basis as well as only HVAC systems based on the requirement, but support the clientele in all possible ways to provide error free facilities with proper coordination with all service providers. We prepare project documentation like project manuals, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents as per cGMP norms.

We do planning and design of Bio-containment (BSL-3, ABSL-3, BSL-3Ag, BSL4) facilities throughout the design process from establishing design criteria and floor plans in the Programming Phase through final construction documentation. Planning and design includes process flow analysis, personnel and equipment transfer, animal caging systems, biological safety hoods, pass-through sterilization equipment, gaseous decontamination systems, and MEP support systems.

Construction documentation includes detailed system load demand calculations for MEP systems, design drawings in Auto CAD and 3-D views, and written performance specifications for all Bio-containment Facility equipment and MEP support systems.

We build Bio-containment production and laboratory facilities on Turnkey basis including HVAC. We ensure proper floor plans are made as per CDC/NIH, NIAID guidelines, ensure required negative pressurization. We follow WHO guidelines on BSL2, BSL3, BSL4 facilities and takes total responsibility of the project till we get certification for the facility from the regulatory bodies with good support in terms of documentation, maintenance, operation and training, all at very affordable pricing for the clientele.

Also we take up BMS for better coordination with HVAC and containment cleanroom.

Planning and design includes Architectural Clean Room walls, doors, ceiling, flooring, furniture, and special use hood systems and complete MEP support systems for recirculation air-handling units, make-up air, exhaust air, plumbing, process piping, electrical distribution, hazardous product material (HPM), toxic gas monitoring systems (TGMS), and control systems. Construction documentation includes detailed system load demand calculations for MEP systems, design drawings in AutoCAD and 3-D views, and written performance specifications for all Clean Room Architectural and MEP systems.

We prepare project documentation like project manuals, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents as per cGMP norms.

We provide all the lab benches, lab furniture, instruments and equipments in association with selected manufacturers.
